Thank you for your purchase of products from Yomega Corporation.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical products, and only for physical products, purchased from Yomega Corporation.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Yomega Corporation will replace, at no charge, products or

parts of a product that proves defective because of improper manufacturing material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Yomega Corporation will provide new parts or replace the product at no charge.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Yomega Corporation is 90 days

from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or

90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

● conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship

Please note: Do not overtighten the yoyo. If a yoyo is overtightened, it will cause damage to the yoyo. This is not covered by our warranty.
